Summit Elders

Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood. Acts 20:28 (ESV)

The word Elder comes from the Greek word epi´skopos, which means one who is responsible for being the watchman. Our elders are charged with providing protective, watchful care for the congregation and the resources of Summit Church. We are a staff-led, elder-protected church.
