God the Father is the Creator of heaven and earth. By His word and for His glory, He freely and supernaturally created the world out of nothing. Through the same word He daily sustains all His creatures. He rules over all and, together with the Son and the Spirit, is the only Sovereign.
(Genesis 1:1, 26, 27, 3:22, Psalm 90:2, 1 Peter 1:2, 2 Corinthians 13:14)
Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, is the eternal Word made flesh, supernaturally conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary. He is perfect in nature, teaching and obedience. He is fully God and is fully man. He was always with God and is God. He is the only Savior for the sins of the world having shed His blood and died a vicarious death on Calvary's cross. By His death in our place, He revealed the divine love and upheld divine justice, removing our guilt and reconciling us to God. He is the Head of His body, the church, and should be adored, loved, served and obeyed by all.
(Matthew 1:22, 23, Isaiah 9:6, John 1:1-5, 14:10-30, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, Romans 1:3-4, Acts 1:9-11)
The Holy Spirit is coequal with the Father and the Son of God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation (NO second blessing or baptism of the Holy Spirit). He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. He gives every believer spiritual gifts when they are saved. As Christians we seek to live under His control daily.
(Acts 1:8, 1 Corinthians 3:17, John 16:7-13, 14:16-17, 1 Corinthians 2:12, 3:16, Ephesians 1:13, 5:18)
We accept the Bible, including the 39 books of the Old Testament and the 27 books of the New Testament, as the written Word of God. The Bible is an essential and infallible record of God's self-disclosure to mankind. It leads us to salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. Being given by God, the Scriptures are both fully and verbally inspired by God. Therefore, as originally given, the Bible is free of error in all it teaches. Each book is to be interpreted according to its context and purpose and in reverent obedience to the Lord who speaks through it in living power.
People are made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. People are the supreme object of God's creation and as the crown of creation, man was created that they might glorify Him through enjoying fellowship with Him. Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God called "sin". Sin separates us from God and and causes his beloved creation to become objects of his wrath.
(Genesis 1:27, Psalm 8:3-6, Romans 3:23, Isaiah 59:1-2)
Salvation is God's free gift to us that we must accept. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness through grace can anyone be saved from sin's penalty. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith we are saved. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith.
(Romans 6:23, Ephesians 2:8-9, John 14:6, 1:2, Titus 3:5, Galatians 3:26, Romans 5:1, 10:9-10)
